WASHINGTON - Vice President Dick Cheney accidentally shot and wounded a companion during a weekend quail hunting trip in Texas, spraying the fellow hunter in the face and chest with shotgun pellets.
The incident occurred Saturday at a ranch in south Texas where the vice president and two companions were hunting quail.

Dick could've killed the guy, and nothing would've happened to him.
The owner of the ranch where they were hunting called the newspapers when she realised that no one was talking about it.
And Cheney sent a 7$ check to the state of Texas today to pay for the quail hunting permit that he didn't have saturday when he was illegaly hunting quails
